Timothy A. Lyles is a mortgage broker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership. Born and raised in the Beardsley Terrace Housing Projects of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Timothy understands firsthand the challenges many face when trying to buy a home.

He began his career at Landmark Mortgage Corp in 2004, quickly becoming a top loan officer and later a trusted trainer for other professionals in the industry. Today, his mission is to simplify the homebuying process, remove barriers, and advocate for those often overlooked by traditional lenders. His leadership is grounded in transparency, integrity, and a heart for empowering others to build generational wealth through homeownership.
